• Overturned the United States Department of Agriculture’s denial of prevented planting credits for thousands of acres of impacted farmlands.  See McElmurray v. • Clarified the statute of limitations for environmental contamination from petroleum pipelines.  See Hoffman v. Atlanta Gas Light Co., 206 Ga. App. 727, 426 S.E.2d 387 (1992)
